Refund & Return Policy

At USA MedPro, we take product safety and quality seriously. Because our products are used in medical, clinical, manufacturing, and personal-protection environments, strict standards govern how PPE can be returned and handled. For health, sterility, and compliance reasons: PPE products — including masks — cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. We value transparency and make returns simple when eligible.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Products Only)

We accept returns on qualifying orders if all conditions are met:
  • Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
To request a return Contact us. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For sterility and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened PPE (including masks and respirators)
  • Used or damaged product
  • Final-sale or clearance items
If returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria, we will offer to ship them back to you at your expense.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if:
  • The incorrect item was sent, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
To start an exchange Contact us. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. If damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees apply

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect: Contact us within 7 days. Include:
  • Order number
  • Photos (if damaged)
  • Brief description of the issue
We will correct eligible issues at no cost to you.
