At USA MedPro, we are committed to fast, reliable delivery of our ASTM Level 3 medical-grade masks and PPE products, ensuring your facility, business, or household is always protected. All orders ship from our Houston, Texas manufacturing and fulfillment center, giving us full control of quality, lot traceability, and chain of custody.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM CST are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Standard processing/handling time is 3–5 business days.
  • High-volume or wholesale orders may require additional handling time. If so, our fulfillment team will reach out with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping method is automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package size & weight

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date

Note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Shipping Costs & Rates

  • Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • No handling or restocking fees are charged at the shipping stage.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost / Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive:

We will replace or reship eligible issues at no cost to you.
